Bookings and Cancellations
Existing clients of the clinic can book, reschedule and cancel appointments via the Book Now button. We ask that should an appointment need to be cancelled or rescheduled, that 24 hours notice is provided.
For new patients, we ask that you complete an enquiry form online, so that we can contact you to arrange an appointment. If your GP has referred you directly to the clinic, we will contact you to arrange your initial appointment.
We ask that for all initial appointments, that any cancellation or rescheduling request be made via email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Your clinician may charge you the full session fee should you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

Fee’s are set by our individual clinicians, and vary depending on the service you are receiving, and the type of referral.
Medicare rebates are available with a current GP Mental Health Treatment Plan.
Private health insurance rebates may be accessed via clients directly through individual funds.
Initial and standard consultations:
Registered Psychologist: $190 (Medicare rebate of $89.65)
Mental Health Social Worker: $190 (Medicare rebate of $85.20)
Clinical Psychologist: $240 (Medicare rebate of $141.85)
Services under NDIS (plan and self managed participants only)
Psychologist: $222.99
Mental Health Social Worker: $190
Open Arms, Victims Services, Insurance and Workers Compensation referrals
Services available with eligible referral and approval.
