Referral
Options
We provide both face to face and telehealth psychology and counselling services under the following referral options:

Mental Health Treatment Plan
GP’s may refer for psychology or counselling services under a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan. This referral allows clients to access a rebate for sessions under Medicare. The full fee is payable on the day of the appointment, after which, the Medicare rebate will be processed on the clients behalf.

Victims Services
Our clinicians support approved clients under the Victims Services Counselling scheme. There is no gap fee for participants under this service.

Open Arms Counselling
Our clinicians support approved clients under the Open Arms Counselling scheme. There is no gap fee for participants under this service.

National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Our clinicians support NDIS clients (children and adults) under self managed and service managed pathways. There is no gap fee for participants under this service.

Private Referrals.
Clients may also privately self-refer to our services. A portion of private fee’s are usually able to be claimed under Private Health Insurance. Private Health Insurer’s can provide more information regarding eligibility and rebates.
