Suzy Schilder

Registered Psychologist

Suzy is a Registered Psychologist, who works with children, adolescents and adults. 

Suzy provides evidence-based treatments for a range of mental health and well being issues including depression, anxiety, grief and loss and perinatal support. 

Suzy works collaboratively to ensure that therapy is tailored to your individual needs, and helps people to create meaningful change in their lives. Suzy also provides parenting preparation training and parenting attachment support training to couples, in the antenatal, postnatal and early childhood periods. 

Katrina Napier

Accredited Mental Health Social Worker

Katrina is an accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Victim’s Services Accredited Counsellor and Open Arms Approved Counsellor.

Katrina is passionate about helping adults, young people and children overcome trauma. Adverse life experiences can have a significant impact on not only mental health but physical health and wellbeing.

Katrina utilises a holistic strengths based approach to transformation.

DR. Stephanie Shippen

Clinical Psychologist

Stephanie is a registered clinical psychologist. She has over 15 years of experience providing mental health care to diverse clients. She uses evidence-based therapies to support clients with their goals. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment to parenthood, relationship therapy, LGBTQ+, and gender affirming care.  

 Stephanie’s personal experience as a multiracial person makes her passionate about supporting diverse clients. Providing warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative support is at the core of her practice.  

 

Luke Fullagar

Registered Psychologist

Luke is a registered Psychologist, providing psychological therapy to both adolescents and adults. He has experience with a range of presentations including depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, acute stress and PTSD. He also works supporting clients with developmental trauma, relationship challenges, personality concerns, men’s issues, workplace issues and injuries, and transitions. Luke has a strong interest in research and therapy that focuses on parenting relationships. Luke is currently available to see clients under Medicare, Private Health insurance, Work Cover, and NDIS. 

Amanda Roche

Registered Psychologist

Mandy is a registered psychologist who provides individual counselling to adults (aged 18 years and older) addressing a range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

Mandy focuses on evidence-based therapies to inform her practice, specifically Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE), and tailors these approaches to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual.

Mandy understands that the foundation of effective therapy lies in a strong, collaborative relationship between the therapist and the client. Mandy is committed to ensuring that her clients feel heard and understood, fostering a non-judgemental space where clients feel supported as they navigate their mental health journeys. Maintaining warmth, empathy, and mutual respect are at the core of Mandy’s therapeutic practice.

Maddy Austin

Registered Psychologist

Maddy is a Registered Psychologist who values providing a warm and non-judgmental environment for her clients aged 16+. With experience in working with depression, anxiety, workplace challenges, PTSD, adjustment issues, and acute stress, she employs individualised evidence-based approaches to provide effective, compassionate care.

Maddy‘s practice is built on empathy, collaboration, and a commitment to empowering her clients. She works alongside individuals to develop the tools and insights needed to navigate life’s challenges. Maddy is also SIRA approved to see clients under workcover/insurance. 

Ellen Read

Registered Psychologist

Ellen is a compassionate and dedicated psychologist with a wealth of experience in supporting children, adolescents, and their families. Currently pursuing her Educational and Developmental Psychology endorsement, she offers individual and group counselling, preventive programs, workshops, and thorough psychological assessments tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Having worked in both government and non-government educational and health settings, Ellen emphasises collaborative and inclusive practices. Her goal is to provide a holistic psychological approach that enhances client well-being and optimises educational and health outcomes.
Ellen is skilled at fostering positive, safe, and respectful relationships with young clients, ensuring that therapeutic goals are collaboratively defined and achieved. With a passion for client advocacy, she approaches each session with warmth, empathy, and a commitment to inclusion.
 
Ellen also supports the Pine Tree Clinic team with comprehensive psychological assessment and diagnosis, including cognitive capacity, Autism and ADHD.
